Default Motherboard issues please help

Hello i need to buy a new mother board inorder to fit my exsiting computer parts into it, my current parts are;
RAM:1GB DDR2 in three slots
Processer:Intel Pentium 4
Power Supply:Ez cooler ps-05 550W
Graphics card:ati radeon x1900
Sound card:5.1 pci soundcard

wich would be the right motherboard to get, im looking at spending 150.

Click UserCP, Edit Options, Thread Display Options, allow System Specs (Yes), and enter your computer components. This will allow others to view exactly what you have, at any time.
