When I turned on my laptop, the Windows login screen came on, but then it started beeping like there is a compressed key, then the screen goes black except for some commands along the very top (Press f12 to escape..etc) When I push the keys, the computer doesn't respond. It seems that it freezes in this state. I've taken off all of the keys and cleaned them, and it doesn't seem like anything is stuck. Advice?

Can you accurately describe the beeps and frequency/number of beeps?

If you end up having to go and open up the case and repair it yourself this resource might be helpful.
