Default Building new system

Hi Everyone,

I am putting together a system with some new and old parts, and have come across some problems I was hoping someone could help me with.

I have purchased a new case, motherboard (foxconn socket 478) and powersupply(Antec earthwatt 380W) . The graphics card(Radeon x850) and CPU(P4 Prescott 3.0) and 2x500mb sticks of kingston hyper x PC 3700 are from a previous system of mine.

I have placed everything into the casem and all appears to be seated just fine. When i start the machine up all seems ok and all of the fans start up, however I have no display on my monitor whatsoever. First thing i thought was that the vid card was fried. However I placed it into another system and it works great. What else could this be? I have tried removing all but 1 stick of RAM and still the same. Could this be my CPU?

thanks in advance for everyone help, it is much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply.

The cable is connected to the motherboard, as well as the larger connection. Any other possibilities?
Could this be an issue with the PS?

Sounds more like a motherboard issue, but it may be the processor
