Looks good to me, but I have 2 suggestions. Check to see if the RAM you've selected is on the QVL list for your motherboard, and see if the BIOS level of the board supports the CPU you want.

BTW, I'm partial to Gigabyte, and run their boards in 2 of my computers. The 'DS3L' is fast becoming the 1957 Chevrolet BelAir of motherboards (That's a GOOD thing in case you don't know).
