Default budget pc

Hey guys, I want to build a budget PC less than $400 AUS. This is what I've picked so far from Umart. Is this good?

For Power Supply Unit, I'll use my old 500w SilverStone or use the one that came with my old case (Thermaltake Soprano) ThermalTake 430w. And for graphics card I'll just use my old ATi x1800 xl.

Thanks!

when motherboard product description says "Supports high performance Dual Channel DDR2 800 memory" does that mean it supports up to DDR2 800? So I can get 667mhz etc?

Nope, there's no 5000 black edition. I'll just go with 4800+ I guess

hmm... do you think I'll have any trouble fitting in the graphics card to the new MB? http://c1.neweggimages.com/NeweggIma...131-249-05.jpg

the graphic card right now go all the way past the battery thing on my current MB (A8R-MVP -- http://www.gamepc.com/images/labs/re...vp-boardLG.jpg)
