Default Just bought more RAM

I bought an additional 2 1gb sticks of PC3200 RAM, once it comes my PC will have it's maximum capabilities of 3GB DDR400 ram, the prospect of this excites me!
On another note, I know I have to edit a system file to get windows to recognize the whole 3gb, how do I do that?

32 bit windows can see up to 3.25gb of ram so you should be ok

It is 4 gigs that 32-bit systems can't see... and it allegedly still makes some use of the extra-- it just won't show in device mgr.
