Default My grandparent's PC!!!

If you think most grandparents don't have good computers, you are wrong. One of mine has a $5,500 Dell XPS with a Intel Core 2 Extreme, 4GB DDR3 RAM, a 750GB hard drive and it's water cooled! I really envy him!!! And he has three ATI Radeon video cards in his drawer of spare PCI cards. Amazing.

That price seems a bit steep for that spec, but maybe your missing out a few parts (like the graphics card)

I forgot to ask if I could have one video card, and he has more than those features on his PC. And I was wrong about price. I found the model too! Dell XPS 720 Desktop

My grandparent's PC is my old laptop, a Fujitsu Lifebook 435dx with specs as following:
Intel Pentium 133mhz
80mb RAM
6.3gb 4200rpm HD
1mb video RAM
Windows 98 SE
It doesn't even have any USB ports (though I've purchased them a USB pcmcia card)

Oooh, how awesomely cool is that!

It actually had 16mb RAM and a 1334mb HD before, I upgraded it for them though because I'm the most awesome grandson alive!
As for your floppy problem, I'm sorry but I have nothing to add, I would have suggested exactly what Jellybean said.
