Im not really good at computer, but im learning quiet quick. Anyway i Need some suggestions, advice and help with my future custom build computer. Please feel free to give me feedback thank you.

These are my computer specification

Processor = Intel Q6600 (2.4GHz)
Motherboard = GA-N650SLI-DS4L (Gigabyte)
RAM = Corsair 2GB DDR @800MHZ
DVD = Pioneer 20xSata DVD-RW
VGA = 8800GTS 512MB / 8800GT 1Gb
( Im still not sure which brand I should purchase Inno3D, Gainward, or EVGA)
Soundcard = Soundblaster X-fi Extreme ( Gamer, audio, half height OEM)
Casing = Coolermaster CM690 / NZXT Hush

Need some advice which one is better than the other and is there any other hardware that is better and more compatible.
By the way my budget is about $1200 Australian so about $1100 US
