Default New PC build Visual problem.

Hi there, I just recently built my new pc and it well to put it frankly it isen't working yet, The pc turns on and sounds like they are running properly, But...

When i first connected the monitor I saw some text in the top left of the screen saying something along the lines of "boot drivers not installed" I have not been able to replicate this message, since then I have had no visual what so ever yet.

Also when I turn the PC on I do not hear any beeps at all.

I only have a 7 inch monitor with the lead in the back of the vga port whilst the cable is in the HMDI port on the graphics card.

Things I have tried are...
removeing 1 stick of ram
Takeing the battery out to run dead.

Intel q6600
Asus P5K Premium/WiFi-AP Intel P35 (Socket 775)
OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-8000C5 1000MHz Reaper X
HIS radeon 3870 X2
Corair HX620W modular PSU

Any suggestions on what could be wrong would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Hi welcome to PCHF do you have a cd/dvd drive hooked up? you will need to set it to boot of the cd/dvd drive in the bios and then it will boot off it and install windows.

I can't set it to boot Cd as I do not see anything on the screen, it does not even seem to POST.

I was just checking if all the sound cables are plugged in but they seem to be, I don't get any beeps at all from the motherboard which suggests the problem is there.
