Uh... Wow... Technically yes.. But i dont recommend any of those parts.

1. Power supply is Nowhere near powerful enough
2. PCCHIPS motherboards are TERRIBLE
3. Harddrive is way too small
4. DVD drive necessary
5. I Recommend at least DDR2-800 memory
6. Get a dual core.

I will put together a list of compatible parts, but what kind of budget do you have?

1. It has actualy 250W max.
2. I was recommended this.
3. I am gonna use Linux Nimble X2 which takes up only 198 MB.
4. I don't need to watch DVDs.
5. I may get 800MHz
6. No.

I am going for the lowest price.

Trust me, that power supply will never make it. Dell power supplies are cr@p to begin with, and 250 watts is just way too little. Its not the wattage that im worried about. Im much more concerned about the 12V Rail, which will definetly not be able to handle that kind of loading. The power supply is the most important component in your computer, if there is one thing you dont skimp on, its that. In relation to the harddrive, get a cheap, new one. Its worth the extra money when compared to something that small. This is a good, cheap one Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar SE WD800JD 80GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM

I am not an expert, so I don't know what you mean about a "12 volt rail".

The 12v rail is how many amperes (amps) of 12 volt electricity the power supply can put out.
