Hi..

I've recently aquired a system with the following symptoms:
No Post, and continual long beeps.

Specs:
MSI K8N Neo Platinum
Ram: Kingston DDR400 512MB
Vid card: GeForce 6600 256MB
CPU: AMD64 3000+

Changed the Ram, the PS and the graphics card. Tried PCI, and another AGP.
Checked that everything was connected properly. Took the mobo out of the
chassis in case of shortage. Did a BIOS flash. Replaced the battery.

Any help would be appreciated.

Fans are running. Connections look fine. Changed Ram and PS. Can't test the mainboard cause no one else round here has AMD..

It is seated correctly.. Changed everything I could. Tested every part.. So i'm guessing it's either the motherboard or cpu that may be faulty..
