Default Should I Get This Board or Not?

I posted a few days ago about an rma'd motherboard and the place I bought it from no longer carried the item and offered me a "comparable" product. Here's the letter they just sent me today:

"Unfortunately we no longer carry this specific item or it is currently out of stock. We have found an alternative item comparable in specs to the original item, which is a (ABIT IP35 Pro LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail ). If you can please make time available to check this item at Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more! and please let us know if this is a acceptable replacement, If for any reason this is not acceptable with you we can offer you a refund of ($149.99 ) which is the current market value for this Item."

I believe this is that board:

Newegg.com - ABIT IP35 Pro LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

or take a refund of my money spend a bit extra and get this, considering it's as good as that ABIT or maybe it's better:

Newegg.com - EVGA 122-CK-NF67-T1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i LT SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

Hi mmmm....... I'd

take a refund of my money spend a bit extra and get this, considering it's as good as that ABIT or maybe it's better:

At least then the choice is up to you and you will get a better board

which one? MSI seems to finally be getting their act together after several years of horrific problems.
