I am deciding on which RAM speed. I have read many articles and most say just get DDR2 800 because the speed difference is sufficent enough for the price. (approx $50 more for 2 GB) I would like some input please, 2 sticks of 1 GB for a total of 2GB, DDR@ 800 or 1066? Worth $50 more for the 1066.

I am also deciding between

Go for the 800 if your going to overclock.It will be less work then underclocking the ram.If your not overclocking go for the 1066.The Abit motherboard only supports DDR2 800mhz and so if you want 1066mhz DDR2 get the Gigabyte.But remember you can always overclock the 800mhz on the gigabyte to 1066mhz.

Go 800. But as for the motherboard, look at this one instead. I use it and its amazing.
