If you want to overclock, and are looking for a good, cheap-ish, reliable, and overclockable board, i would go with the GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R. I can say from experience that it is a great board. I am using it now As a matter of fact as for the processor... NUUUUUUUU. bad gaming processor. If your on a budget, get the Intel C2D E4500. Its faster, and has more L2 Cache. Case looks good. CPU cooler is AWESOME Graphics card is good too. As for the Memory, i would go with Crucial. It is IMO the best out there. And i wouldn't get that power supply. Never buy a PSU by a cheap brand. Go with Antec, Enermax, OCZ, Thermaltake, or Corair. Personally, I recommend the Enermax Liberty 500 watt.

Here are the links to the products on a US site so you can take a good look at the reviews and specs

Intel Core2 Duo E4500 Allendale LGA775 Dual Core CPU
GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R Intel P35 LGA775 Motherboard
ENERMAX Liberty ELT500AWT 500watt Power SUpply
CRUCIAL Ballistix Tracer 2GB (2x 1GB) DDR2-800 Dual Channel Memory

Or you could try the GIGABYTE GA-P35 DS3L which is a bit cheaper

I would say Geil ram would be good enough, its down to opinion. But just don't buy cheap ram, need high quality brands like corsair, ocz, crucial, kingston, geil

Instead of the E4500 im sure you could buy the E2180 if you don't mind a bit of overclocking - apparently it is a very good clocker.
