Actually OEM windows is better than retail. with OEM, you can reactivate it for use on another computer. If you want to transfer it to a new pc in the future, you can. Not so with Retail versions. Tis a gift =D Lol
With retail you can change motherboard and computer aslong as it is only on one pc at a time. My advice is go for oem, and if you need to upgrade buy it again and you'll still be better off than buying retail, unless you know your going to change motherboard a lot.
