ok insurance replaced laptop and me not happy with it i will pots up before and after ok.

please can you tell me what would be a good replacement

cpu mobile amd turon 64 2.2Ghz 512 L2 cpu celeron 1.6 Ghz/1M
lcd 14.1 wxga tft lcd wxag crystal bright
ram 1024 ddr2 ram 512 ddr2
hdd 80gb hdd 80 gb
card reader 5-1 none
ati radeon exspress 1100 hyper memory Intel GMA 950
802. 11 gb Lan 802 .11gb
Vista home premium vista home basic




i know the basics of pc not laptops, have sad im not having it they are calling me on monday

I think I know what you're getting at.

If you're saying that they are going to give you this;
new laptop aces 5310
512 L2 cpu celeron 1.6 Ghz/1M
lcd wxag crystal bright
ram 512 ddr2
hdd 80 gb
card reader 5-1 none
hyper memory Intel GMA 950
Lan 802 .11gb
vista home basic
For this (your old laptop):
Old laptop ace
cpu mobile amd turon 64 2.2Ghz
lcd 14.1 wxga tft
ram 1024 ddr2
hdd 80gb
ati radeon exspress 1100
802. 11 gb
Vista home premium
...then I would say they need to come up with a better offer - the "new" laptop is nowhere near as good as the "old" laptop!!
