Default Whaddya think?

Well after doing some major brainstorming, hours of research and so on.. I finally pretty much finalized my list.

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz LGA 775 - Retail
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)- Retail
Graphics card: XFX GeForce 8600GT XXX Video Card - Retail
Case:
Thermaltake Matrix VX Black Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail
Power Supply: HiPro 305watt PSU

Please post any thoughts you have! I plan to overclock the CPU to 3Ghz, probably will leave the memory at standard speeds.

Looks good if compatible (i think it is)

If i was you through i would opt for the 8800gt which i think comes out soon instead of the 8600gt
Edit: Oh your in USA, already out there i believe.

AnandTech: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT: The Only Card That Matters

Note: the 8600gts is higher than the 8600gt

All the hardware looks good the case is a good brand but I don't like the look of it my self but it won't make any difference to the end result

The 8800gt is a much better spec'd card but big price difference
