Hi illusion, that system looks like it'll work pretty well together.
However, i would recommend going for 800mhz memory over the 667. If you wish to overclock, you'd then be able to underclock your memory, and overclock the whole lot, where if you have the 667mhz memory, you'd be extremely limited.

Also, I'd advise following the PSU Calculator link in my signiture and ensuring that the 500watt power supply will be enough.

the ram and the vid card are deff gonna be your bottleneck. For an extra few bucks I'd go with some 800 ram. G.Skill goes pretty cheap and works pretty good.

The power supply should be good to go with your current setup, but if you plan on getting a good vid card anytime soon I'd just go ahead and go with a 6 or 700w psu.

i agree on part of what morgan said. if i were you i would go with a 700watt OCZ model, which i used in the computer i recently built for my parents, and it runs perfectly. also, i would go with a better graphics card. i personally can reccomend a 8600GTS. they work great and also will complement your current build there.
