Default New Rig Compatibillity

Hey guys i am puting together a Killer rig for crysis... to run Vista 64 bit and Crysis maxxed out....i want to know if the parts will be compatible with eachother,
ie no conflict between brands.
I dont really need two 16x pci xpress, at this time...

current setup.

- CPU, Q6600, 2.4 gig want to oc to 3 gig

- MOBO,
GA-X38-DQ6 Gigabtye s series x38 chipset
or
GA-P35-DS4 Gigabyte s series x 35 chipset

- RAM, 4 gig, Corsair TwinX XMS 4-4-4-12 DDR2 800

-PSU, Gigabyte 550 w, aperage might be to low, prob get the 720 w

-GC, BFG OC2 8800GTX

- misc, 3 * 250 gig hdd, 1* dvd/cd rom, 4 addon fans, 1* gigabyte cooler for cpu...

thats it, are these good parts, remember im in South africa so i only get the crappy stuff, those two mobos are the best i can get here, ie most expensive and top of the range..

How much do you have to spend? Here is what I would do

Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz 2 x 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor - Retail cpu

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS4 Rev. 2.0 LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail motherboard

Newegg.com - Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail Ram (is great)

Newegg.com - Thermaltake W0116RU Complies with ATX 12V 2.2 & EPS 12V version 750W Power Supply 100 - 240 V CE, CB, TUV, FCC, UL, CUL, and BSMI certified - Retail psu (gigabyte aint no good in psu's)

the 8800 gtx is good.

and a couple HD's in raid a 1 for backup will be one killer rig..
