CPU's heatsinks and fans...
Good evening all,
Will my new AMD 4200
AMD CPU AM2 Athlon 64 Dual Core 4200 Retail Box inc Fan, Socket AM2 940 PIN, Energy Efficient (3yr Manufacturers Warranty) - ADO4200CUBOX - www.microdirect.co.uk
come with a heatsink etc etc.. It says fan inc, will it come with a heatsink??
Also, even if it does will i need to dissemble it and apply thermal paste to the
CPU
...
Thanks...

Re: CPU's heatsinks and fans...
its retail so it will come with one, and it will come with either a thermal pad/thermal paste pre-applied to the Heatsink.

Re: CPU's heatsinks and fans...
i would also reccomend AS5. But that would mean removing the old stuff and applying it.
