Default [Answered] Regarding Chassis Fans...

I have two rear chassis fans installed on my tower. They both push the hot air out from the casing.

Question: Is this good or should the other fan bring air from the outside to the inside of the chassis while the other pulls the air out? I don't have front and side chassis fans...

Hi Zelda,

Bringing cool air into the PC is a good idea, as long as it does not distrupt the flow of any other fan such as the CPU fan. The best way to do it IMHO, is to bring cold air in from the front of the PC if possible, and get rid of the hot air from the back. If you have both at the back, then you'll only be bringing the hot air back in!
