Your system clock speed is 333mhz. The system clock is multiplied by the number of times data is accessed during a cycle to get you the front side bus speed. So in your case it is multiplied by 4 (quad pumped) which equals 1332mhz. Your CPU multiplier should be 3ghz / 333mhz = 9.

I'm pretty sure you're set up ok. Just check in Windows what your CPU speed is at in the Control Panel -> System. That will tell you if you have some problem with your clock settings.

I get the feeling that this is a case of hardware out distancing software.
Even the Gigabyte utility that I downloaded from their website - GIGABYTE - Support - Motherboard - Utility shows FSB as 333.0, but the ratio says 9. The PCI freq is 33.00. The Memory freq is 666.00.

I have a funny feeling that the 333 for the FSB is really 1333, but Gigabyte hasn't adjusted the window for a four digit number. Ergo, you get a reading of 333. Thanks, Gigabyte.
