Hello, I recently bought a Dell studio 1535 laptop, and only had it for about 3 days, and decided to rip my music into the pc, 2 cd's were ripped perfectly, but the 3rd one froze, and since then, my dvd rom doesn't recognise any cd's at all, music, dvd,cd, he just says there is nothing in the drive...My OS is Vista if that helps, I really hope someone could help me, I already tryed uninstalling the driver and putting them back up, but that doesn't seem to help, disabling and enabling the DVD ROM doesn't do anything either, please help if you can...

Take it back to the dealer as faulty. It should not do that that after only three days usage...

Oh well, means I'll have to stay without a pc again (they took a month to deliver it in the first place) Anyways, thanks, now i just have to get to them.Thanks
