Okay its a Dell DIMENSION DIM2400 with an Intel Pentium 4 2.66GHz processer and 1GB of RAM.

Okay I downloaded the DVD-ROM firmware but I am having trouble following the instructions. I downloaded everything like it said, but it opened this thing called Samsung Flash Download for Windows. What do I do from here?
