CD/DVD Rom - DVD/CD-RW Problem posted in the Hardware forums; All of sudden my drive doesnt read any sort of Cds or DVD. I know whats the problem. It working fine the other day...

Default DVD/CD-RW Problem
All of sudden my drive doesnt read any sort of Cds or DVD. I know whats the problem. It working fine the other day

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers? If you post the manufacturer and model, I will do my best to get you a link to drivers.

Me too. Device manaager says this device is working properly, and shows both cd-rws, but My Computer does not see them. I'll be watching this one.

I can't seem to find anything for that. Try using this to get the drives model. Post the log produced back here and I will take a look at it.
