cool are you sure because i cant even explore the disk or anything its just non existing on my pc

When you uninstalled Nero-- it might have hosed the settings-- best way to be sure is to check "device manager" if it shows up there -- it will work-- you might need to reinstall the driver.
if it does not -- I would try unplugging the drive/reboot
then plug it in again/reboot so Windows "recognizes" it again
