Exclamation Please help--i dont understand this
i just bought a panasonic toughbook and it has an external cd drive. when i download any music, the computer and windows media player is telling me that i dont have any audio hardware. the cd drive plays cds so im realy not sure what the problem may be. all of this is new to me, being a first time computer owner. i just want to listen to music! if anyone can help me out or if any one has any ideas on what the problem may actually be, please let me know. im getting desperate for answers!
