Default Asus DVDrom problem
Hi my pc was stock at almost 5 months so when my wife boot it up yesterday my dvdrom not recognize any dvd disc its respond "NOT SUPPORTED" but the vcd, data cd all cd format was recognize quitely only dvddisc are not. I tell her to reinstall the DVD driver and she succesfully install the driver but its also not recognize the dvd disc...

What would be the problem to my dvdrom? thaks for your help...

Can you also go to My Computer, Control Panel, System, Hardware tab followed by Device Manager. Under the section "DVD/CD-ROM drives", can you tell us what is listed here?

Also make sure the DVD is not copied, scratched and is perfectly clean condition.

Guy's maybe tommorow I'll tell you what listed there coz im now at other country so I trouble shoot my computer thru telephone...

@Upgrader764 she tried dvd dics on dvd player it is ok and its all original copy...
