Default [Resolved] - Drive won't burn Dual Layer
A friend of mine is trying to burn a dual-layer DVD, but it won't work. He gets errors every time. Regular DVDs work fine though. He also tried to upgrade the firmware and that also gives him an error. What can be done to fix this? The drive is: NEC ND-3500A

unfortunatly it is not my area of expertise but i am sure that one of the techs will be able to solve your problem

what is the error message that your friend gets when he tries to burn the dvd

Well. He figured out how to update his firmware, and he can now burn to dual layer. So, problem solved.
