And did you maybe uninstall any burning/emulation software?

Whoa Whoa.
i tryed that last night and i got the blue screen of death, the screen said that it recovered from a serious error.. but that is not the answer, please trust me.

in my props it says the location is 0 (0) ???? but yet it is working properly????

this seems like a common problem? i see forums all over the place about this !!

why does microsoft not recognize this and create a fix.

this is bull !!!! and totally upseting !!!

Hi, I've done some searching and this may be a fix:

Download and run the following VB script:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs...cd_dvd_fix.vbs

It could be caused by a registry error, if so this will fix it.
