So in the device manager it reports ok and fully working? Also if you right-click on it, goto properties, and look at the status of it?


And did you maybe uninstall any burning/emulation software?

i tryed that last night and i got the blue screen of death, the screen said that it recovered from a serious error.. but that is not the answer, please trust me.

in my props it says the location is 0 (0) ???? but yet it is working properly????

Hi, I've done some searching and this may be a fix:

Download and run the following VB script:

It could be caused by a registry error, if so this will fix it.
