Should I still delete the files? The file UpperFilters isn't there.

Yes you can still detelete the key.

Okay, after deleting the key and restarting the computer, the drives are still not present.

Have you tried pressing the "scan for hardware changes" button in youre device manager?

I tried that, but nothing has changed...I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but under the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers, the Secondary IDE Channel has a yellow exclamation point over it.
