My CD drive cannot read disks for some reason so i installed this game through my LAN on a computer with a working CD drive instead, but i cant run it on the pc i want to play it on because it wont read the disk to get past the CD check
is there a way to run the game through the other computers CD drive?
any help would be appreciated

I doubt it because the game is going to look in Windows to see what drive letter has been assigned to your local CD-Rom drive and attempt to run from there, although if it installed properly through another CD-Rom drive it is worth a shot.

I believe :roll: that there are sites out there that will provide you with small files that will essentially do away with the need for the CD at all. Check your pm.

thanks for the help but i already tried that method and the game wont play online if it is cracked

The only other way to do it is to bump your existing CD drive down to say the F: drive and try to map a drive over the network to that CD drive on the other PC (naming the drive with the D: or whatever your CD was before you bumped it), after sharing it out of course.
