Default Choosing a Drive for DVD+R Burning

hi everyone i have a question about dvd+r drives. One day I was trying to burn an iso image onto my CD-R blank Cd's only to find out there was not enough space. i decided to go get some DVD+R's to get some more space. When i put the dvd+r cd in the drive it was not read by my cd drive which came with my dell vostro slim tower. It is a 48x CD Burner / DVD-ROM Combo Drive (copied and pasted from website ) Im pretty sure im going to need a new drive to mount the iso's on a dvd+r cd but im not sure what to get for my dell vostro. Can anyone please help?

Yes you are going to need a DVD burner if you want to burn the ISO's onto a DVD.

You can buy any DVD burner and it will fit into your case to replace the existing one. See link below for how to install a new DVD in the Vostro 200 Slimline.
