Posted a query yesterday on slow DVD back-up by Burner.Cant find my question anywhere on the system??
When using DVD shrink, the preview screen appears very "jerky" and the back-up procedure also jerks and takes up to 2 hours to copy to hard drive. Previously, It only took 30/40 mins to back-up. I have cleaned the disk drive burner, but it still wont operate at the old speed?? The burner is only 4 months old and just started this "slow" procedure.
Any ideas PLEASE!!!
