Default [Answered] How can i burn a DVD ISO image using Vista

Hi all i have just installed Vista, it had previously told me that my NERO that worked fine with XP is not compatible with VISTA plus of course Vista has it's own Burning Software built in.

I would now like to Burn an ISO image to a DVD using Vista, but Vista doesnt recognise ISO files, it gives me the Open file With WHAT ! ...... dialogue box

so i'm stuck for awhile, seems a bit drastic to install XP again just to use NERO , although i am sure installing Vista a long while ago i had the option to Dual Boot with XP and it worked very well indeed, i didnt get that option when i recently installed Vista again.

thanks if you can help.

tim

Hi timmy toad

Try something from here:
ISO software downloads and reviews at Download.com

Try UltraISO or PowerISO. They cost $20 but are REALLY good at making ISO files small enough to fit on a CD or DVD. (Some as low as 500 KB) They are great quality and have been around for quite some time. If you want some free ones, go to Free Software Downloads and Software Reviews - Download.com and search for "Vista ISO". Thx!
