Hey BigR,
Your sister has some problems that aren't malware but are certainly leaving her open to it. Please explain to her that p2p software such as Shareza, and Limewire, leave her open to all kinds of malware attacks. She is also not updated to even SP1, you need to get her PC updated immediately.
Also, and this is quite common, her Logitech Desktop Messenger has run amok. She needs to uninstall that and delete the following files
C:\Program Files\Logitech\Desktop Messenger\8876480\Program\
LogitechDesktopMessenger.exe
C:\Program Files\Logitech\Desktop Messenger\8876480\Program\
LDMConf.exe
C:\Program Files\Logitech\Desktop Messenger\8876480\Program\
BWPlugProtocol-8876480.dll
Then rerun
HJT and remove these entries if they are still there
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [LDM] C:\Program Files\Logitech\Desktop Messenger\8876480\Program\LogitechDesktopMessenger .exe
O4 - Global Startup: Logitech Desktop Messenger.lnk = C:\Program Files\Logitech\Desktop Messenger\8876480\Program\LDMConf.exe
O18 - Protocol: offline-8876480 - {48D14366-42B3-411A-AE8B-D84C9561D06E} - C:\Program Files\Logitech\Desktop Messenger\8876480\Program\BWPlugProtocol-8876480.dll
I think that she is amazingly clean considering, the updates will probably end up being the fix for the CD issue. Looking forward to your reply,
TTFN
