I have just fixed my problem on here as well and if you read my recent post it was all down to nero software on my PC.

I uninstalled all the nero stuff I had on my PC and now I can burn as normal again. I used to use nero and it worked fine but when I updated the software it done something to my PC and even re installing older versions of nero I still couldn't burn DVDs. I just took all my nero software off and use something else and it works fine.

It might not work for you but it's something you could maybe try?
