I just got an dvd burner it is a lg germini cd-510 series 16x
and i burn a dvd off the movie was an hour and a half long
it took about 3 hours for nero to convert it then another hour
to burn. i was burning at 8x because thats the only disc i could find.

Can anyone tell me about how long should it take to burn
a movie about 2 hours long and would it be faster if i slipt the movie into
parts or into chapters or is there a faster pogram i could use?

I don't use Nero, I prefer using Roxio and I've found that it generaly takes it about an hour or two to convert it to the appropriate format and then an hour to burn at 4x speed (because I'm cheap and buy 4x DVD-R )
