Copying DVD's is illegal, so you should not be attempting to watch copied DVD's.

Great point spacekid, thanks for making it. If they are backup copies of DVD's that saz69r actually owns then we can help. PCHF does not endorse copyright infringement in any way.

No problem, here to help.
Also, more and more DVD's have copy protection on them that no viewers can get through, and more and more will completely destroy your computer if you try to copy them.

DVD Shrink is a great program for backing up DVD's... (I am a Dragonball Fan, I have every Ep on VHS and I am using DVD shrink {gets 6 eps on one disc} to create them on DVD along with Power Director, DVD-Enc & DVD front end)-for my own persoanl use and not to wear out my VHS tapes... The Disc's I have made work in Windows Media Player the latest version (10 free download from Microsoft)... But mine are not Copies of actual films (So not sure if yours will work).... I do however know that many home DVD players will play copied DVD's and there is one at Tesco for ?59 with suround speakers, It can play MP3's (Has a browser so you can make a program list), plays Copied CDR's, DVD's, JEGS etc... the works, and you can code it to be multi region !!!... Its Made by Bush.... (I know it plays copied as its states blatently on the Box LOL.... Also I have Original VCD's that work on it, from the days of the phillips CDi)...Just done a Google search... here's a niffty sounding program... http://www.slysoft.com/en/anydvd.html
