Automatic captions come to YouTube

Captions have been in YouTube for quite a while now, and although they have proven very useful, the massive amount of video that’s uploaded every day makes it harder and harder for people to find captioned content.
Twitter stops asking what are you doing

Why is that? Basically, Twitter got big, it’s used by a lot of regular people and companies that want/like to share with the world a heap of things, not just their ’status’, which is good, but also makes the ‘What are you doing?’ question ‘limited.
Facebook gets a new privacy policy
By: Metal Mind | Posted 11.19. 2009After going through the views of a rather small number of users who commented on its new, proposed privacy policy, social network Facebook has decided to go ahead and adopt the document which is supposed to be more open, transparent and easier to understand. “In the coming weeks and months, we plan to build on the progress we’ve already made in making the document more accessible by also adding definitions of key terms, screen shots of important pages and informational “learn more” videos.
Windows Marketplace opens up for WinMo 6.0/6.1

Those in the US can get the Marketplace package (or, better yet, a download link to it) by entering their phone number here, while the rest of the world will need to visit mp.windowsphone.com through their smartphone.
Google Translate gets a visual update, new features

Best Buy to sell the Nokia Booklet 3G for Nov. 15

The Booklet 3G will be offered at $300 with a two-year AT&T Data Connect plan at $60 per month, and at $600 on its own.
