Question [Answered] Trying to keep Case cool

So I removed the right side of the case ( the side where you see the back of the Motherboard tray) Would this be a good idea? What are the bads and the goods for that? Case i have

Its an ok one i am trying to get advice on what would be the best things to get ( fans or w/e i might need or need do ) my case to run more cool it seems that to me ,my cpu running at 40 idle and 50^ with games and videos, its to hot. so any advice and stuff to give me, go for it!
Oh yeah and my case has one fan on the back, on the side, and on top exhausting air out of the case, so that makes 3 fans ( 90mm)

yeah but i want to get it as low as possible ya know, at times i get the beeping sound ( to hot )

50 is fine, when i had my p4 and stock cooling, it got to way over 80, and it still lasted till 2day when i decided to get a e4400, as for the beeping just set the alarm temp up a notch in the bios, dont touch if you dont know what youre doing though
