I've honestly never seen that... but any file can be corrupted in transmission-- even Firewall/Antivirus updates.
This was windows generated-- and when it got there it was garbled I guess. I Googled it got very little.
Do you know what system error created it?
You may be able to resend it if you want.
Start/control panel/admin tools/event viewer/ check the errors-- I think if you double-click the last error it will open the error report.
