Hi and Welcome to PCHF!

Try booting your comptuer up in safe mode and we will find out what driver is causing your problem. Turn on your computer and while it is loading rapidly press the F8 button untill you get the Windows Boot Menu. When you get to that, select Safe Mode. When you get into Safe Mode go to Start > Run and type in devmgmt.msc. Press Print Screen (next to scroll lock) and open Paint (start > run > mspaint). Press CTRL + V and then CTRL + S. Save the file and attach it to your next post. That will show us what driver is messed up or missing that we will fix.

Whats your problem with remote desktop? I am not very good with it but I will do my best! Also, did you get the problem resolved or are you going to post the screenshot?

Oh, you mean you want me to use Remote Assistance to help you. Sorry but right now I am on my spare computer that runs Windows 2000 and my brother is on my XP computer. Windows 2000 doesn't have Remote Assistance, sorry.

I have a way I can help you if you are willing to install something. It is called LogMeIn and it is free. I will be able to access your PC this way. Go to https://secure.logmein.com/products/free/register.asp and create an account. Then once your done, PM me the details with your email and password for LogMeIn, do not post it on the forum as you will be at risk.

Ok, do you have any messengers? AIM, MSN, Yahoo!, etc. If so, Private Message me them and I will communicate with you that way. It will be faster and easier.
