Default too many fans?

i have a NFORCE 570 SLIT-A mb with a northbridge fan and a cpu and a cpu heat sink. my case has a cpu duct and vga vent along with 2 case fans. 1 c.fan is in the front bottom and i have that drawing air in. the other fan is in the back right by the northbridge and cpu and i was going to install it blowing out. so i have 2 questions: is that going to interfere with the cpu & northbridge fans? and because the nb fan is using the 3 pin fan connector, there isnt another 3 pin connector within reach but my fan also has a molex 2 wire,4 pin connector attatched to it, can i attach that to a 4 pin connetor from my power supply? appreciate any input

Have you thought about using a hefty heat sink on the nb?

If it has a 4-pin molex connector then it will connect directly to a molex on your power supply.
