Is a Air conditioned case worth the money or should i just got for a P180 or somthing in that price range, im looking more for cooling than looks, but both is nice

If you want the best cooling your best off getting watercooling but it is not necessary unless you are overclocking a lot.

dont wana go in the direction of h20 cooling, thats why im looking at A/Ced units.
