Condensation shouldnt be a factor because it is a PCP no water is used. and it honestly couldnt be any noisier than my current case.

I wouldn't trust that thing. That A/C unit looks mighty small if you're going to be cooling the entire case with it.

If you want maximum cooling either go for liquid cooling (it's actually not that hard to setup and pretty safe, I have a w/c setup and it works great and was 120$ all told), or you can really ice things down and get a vapour cooler thing, they're somewhat expensive, pretty quiet, and can hit the -100 degrees celsius
