I am looking for a good power supply, Any recomendation?
I have an Asus A7N8X mb and am getting a crash problem as if being reset when using cd games.
Someone told me I may need a good power supply.

Hi kc7tdk, welcome to the PCHF!

Follow the link in my signiture to "PSU Caluclator" and enter in all your computer details - this will tell you how much power your computer *needs*

Then add around 30% ontop of the total, and that's the size PSU you should get.

Brand name is the way to go...some great brands are...in no particular order...

Enermax, SilverStone, Thermal Take, SuperFlower, Antec

Hiper Type-r is a good buy atm.

Ive heard of them on a lot of other websites and they seem to be getting good reviews etc.

Hrmm...fair enough. Well - there we go kc7tdk, any one of those afore mentioned PSU's will be fine

Just make sure you use the PSU Caluclator to figure out what size you need.

kc7tdk: Hiper type-r is also modular as well which means you only need to connect the cables required which improves cable management and tidiness in your case.
