Hey... im wondering if anyone can help me about those cool clear cases... im thinking of buying one.. they look great with all the neons and UV stuff that id throw into it but i have heard that if u rub ur socks on the carpet and then touch it it can stuff ur mobo up...... any ideas on what i should do or any alterentives?

Well, judging by the popularity of these cases (**** my pc), i'd say you were at no more of a risk than with a normal case. I've not heard any stories of blown componants due to the case. Obviously, the same risks apply - any exposure to the componants will make it possible to damage. You can however get an anti-static spray to line your case with, just to be more safe.

So, in answer to your question - i'll say they're ok!
