Do you think you could borrow another power supply to test?

Ok i just tested it with another power supply. Same results, fan spins for a little then stops, nothing runs.

Could it possibly be that i connected the wire wrong or something?

also, i have numerous little pins/wires that i dont knoe how i am suppose to connect, this case came with it.

Its a Raidmax X-1 case. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811156175

One day old or 10 years old , that doesn't make a difference when a short circuit ocourse. It can burn out in a second im afraid.

Best thing to do is to take the entire pc to the shop and have them test the parts. It could be only one part is dead but it could also be severall.
