I dont know what else to do...
i cleaned all the hardware, but things looks same..
it starts yesterday, when im watching a dvd movie...
suddenly it stop (freeze).. tried to move the mouse but it wont...
so i restart the pc n it just keep on restarts by itself.. on-and-on-and-on~
then i reformated it, HOWEVER, last few hours.. the problem seems to came back! it freeze, restarts.. i get a BSOD... here is what its says :-

i dont know what it means, but there are also said that i should update the BIOS... my friend said updating BIOS for beginner could be danger.. he said it could make my mobo crash...

so i need ur opinion or suggestions of what i have to do..
please reply ASAP, im using my cousins laptop.. so i have till tomorrow to use the internet...

I had issues with a few of those boards and it turned out to be bad capacitors.

Might be an idea to look them over carefully and see if there are any signs of bulging or leaking.
